Welcome to Soap from the heart's Etsy Shop. I create, soaps, bath bombs. truffles, body butters and more. They are kind and gentle on the skin, containing natural oils and butters to moisturise. Please feel free to contact me for more information.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I would like you to be satisfied with our products but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact me personally within 14 days of receiving your purchase to discuss further.
Please note that due to the personal nature of my products, I can only accept returned items if they are unused, unopened and still in their original packaging.
Any postage cost associated with the returns is to be paid by the buyer.
Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal, credit / debit card or Etsy gift card.
These methods of payment are safe and secure to use online.
Once I receive payment I will post your parcel.
Delivery
UK delivery is by 2 nd Class Royal Mail large letter for soap bars only and for over 2 bars it becomes 2nd class small parcel post at £2.90 set rate for 100 g - 2 kg.

Turn around is currently within 1-3 working days and you should receive your parcel 3-5 days later.

International postage;
This is by Royal Mail International Standard postage and usually takes between 3 - 5 and 5 -7 days depending on the zone it is being sent to.

For international parcels of larger orders, please contact me so that we can find the right postage price for you.

If you would like next day delivery or other special post please contact me to arrange that for you and I will invoice the difference.
