Frequently asked questions
Ring Resizing
We offer a complimentary ring sizing service on most of our rings. Resizes can take approximately 7 - 14 days. Please contact me to discuss before purchasing. Resized rings are non-returnable.
*some resizes may incur a cost if it is a complicated resize or extra gold needs to be added, please always message to discuss before purchasing, I will do my upmost to reply ASAP*
Customs
Please be aware that for items sent outside the UK there may be additional duties payable, such as custom fees, import tax, VAT etc. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
On occasion items may be held by customs which can affect the delivery time. I will always do my best to assist and help track items when this occurs.
If an item is returned to me from Customs/Post Office due to unpaid custom fees or non collection - I can only refund the item once it has been safely received by me. I cannot refund the original postage fees. If you wish for the item to be resent - I will have to charge for the postage.
Lost or Damaged Items
If an item becomes lost or damaged in transit, I will take up the claim with the delivery company.
As soon as the delivery company has investigated the matter, declared its lost, and compensated the relevant amount, I will be able to refund you. This can take up to 4 weeks.
This is an unlikely event, and the delivery companies I use are very good at getting items to their recipients in a safe and timely manner. However if this does occur, I thank you for your patience and understanding while I resolve the matter.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your item will be presented in a Sobelle Jewellery Gift Box. If you would like a complimentary gift bag please specify 'Gift' at the checkout.
The boxes used in my images are for display purposes only.
Returning Items
I do accept Returns on all my items. Please contact me with 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days* in the original packaging and condition.
(*For overseas returns I understand that it may take longer than 14 days to return to the UK. Please send me the tracking number within the 14 days for the return to be valid).
Please note that postage fees are non-refundable.
Customised Items (including Resizes) are non-returnable.
