The mask was made to high quality and well worth the money, the only thing I could have a little grumble about is the filter than can be fitted into the mask when u put it in place it becomes quite ruffled up so left it out otherwise perfect most pleased with Mask

SIZING DETAILS
Item measurements are in the description, however this varies due items being handmade
POSTAGE & PACKAGING (UK)
**Postage - items are posted signed for, upgrades are available when you checkout.
**Postage - is combined for multiple orders and any excess is refunded back to the payment method used
**Packaging - items gift wrapped in tissue and PIP boxes used for Keyrings / Make Up Bags and Shopping Bags
I sometimes reuse packaging, so just enter coupon code REUSE2023 at checkout for a £1 off your order
I am looking to become more eco-friendly and use cardboard boxes as well for Peg Bags & all Bags later this year
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Processing times - 2-5 days for items ready to post and 5-14 days for made to order items, excluding weekends.
This includes the time it takes to make an order, then pack ready to post to the address in your order.
Orders sent signed for, with an option to upgrade to special delivery
Once posted, your order will normally arrive in 2-3 days (1st class) and 3-5 days (2nd class)
**Delays due to strikes**
I can no longer issue refunds for items posted but delayed, the strikes are not my fault, if you don’t want the items when they arrive then send it back and I'll gladly issue a refund, I'm not a charity, items are just taking a bit longer to arrive.

FACE COVERINGS/FACE MASKS
**STRICTLY NO RETURNS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS**
*Handmade masks are not medical grade.
*Please wash face mask before use.
*Masks are reusable, so after each wear, it should be hand wash/machine wash at 40-60 degrees, do not bleach
*Allow to dry naturally, do not tumble dry.
*Do not iron elastic
**Nosebar - an aluminium insert for over the nose for a better fit, useful for glasses wearers, remove before mask is washed **
*Filter - PM 2.5 Activated Carbon filter, use up to 60 hours before disposing - do not reuse and do not wash, remove before mask is washed*
**Masks sent in a plastic re-sealable storage bag**
**Children - currently not making masks for children**

All items in my shop are handmade by me in a smoke free and pet friendly environment.
LOST/DELAYED ORDERS
LOST ORDERS - from the date on the proof of posting receipt, plus 10 working days have passed then I will contact Royal Mail to make a claim for lost mail and will refund you once I have an refund from Royal Mail.
If the item is returned to me and you still want the item, you will need to pay for postage again.
