I use Royal Mail's signed for service to make sure your handmade items arrive safely. Prices change in April

Items are posted 1–3 business days after purchase
Items bought Saturday are posted Monday or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday.

POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Postage - added to the price of your item and depends on items ordered and weight (Royal Mail)

Postage - combined for multiple orders, but any excess over extra weight is refunded back to the payment method used.

Packaging - this is the cost of tissue paper, ribbon, cardboard boxes (new) mailing bags (recycled) not as pretty as new but stops them going to landfill.

Items are wrapped in tissue and tied with ribbon/brown string as standard. Gift boxes are extra.

All fabrics, interfacing, magnetic clasps etc are sourced from the UK.

All items in my shop are handmade by me in a smoke free and pet friendly environment. The photo's you see are the items you will receive, they are not 'stock' photo's.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.Service providers. All records are held securely on electronic devices with passwords. I have up to date and secure firewalls on all electronic devices and I hold any paper versions of your information for 12 months for tax return purposes.
