Gemstones and Stones

All of our gemstones are natural and will vary in shade and colour. Please do research your stones before purchase - or contact us to choose your own stone as we keep a stock of all stones that we set.

Printing Only vs Printing and Fitting

Your photos will be printed using dye sublimation technology for vibrant and durable superb-quality prints with each of our lockets.

Photo Printing Only: We are happy to print up to four different photographs at the correct size for you to fit on arrival (with a small overlap to give space for trimming to fit). We always include extra copies just in case of any small scissor mishaps! This is a free complimentary service.

Printing and Fitting (where available): We will fit up to two photos for you inside your locket. Extra photos are not provided. This is a service available on some lockets for £20.

My order has arrived damaged - what do I do?

If there is any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods, it is your responsibility to let me know within 3 days of receipt. (All goods are sent using a tracked service, so if someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please remember that this policy will still apply).

Any faulty/damaged items must be reported including photographic evidence and either a full refund or an exchange will be provided upon return. I do not and can not accept any responsibility for items not received by me so please always use a tracked service to return.

I would like my item to come faster, but I don't understand the difference between processing times and shipping speed. Can you please tell me the difference?

Of course! The processing speed is the time it takes for us to make, engrave, polish and package your piece and the shipping speed is how fast you would like the postal service to deliver it.

So, for example, two people buy the same item on the same day. The item has a processing time of 5 business days. Person 1 chooses standard postage. Person 2 chooses next day delivery. Their items will be taken to the post office on the same day (as the items have the same processing speed and therefore take the same amount of time to make) but person 1's item is posted using standard postage, while person 2 gets theirs posted next day delivery.

If available - you can purchase our "priority processing" which ships the same working day where possible.

Care and Faults

Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, hairspray and deodorant.

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. Please do not assume that because other items of jewellery that you may own tolerate a level of wear and tear that all items can be treated the same.

Both fair wear and tear amd tarnish are not faults and you have no right to return, refund or exchange if a problem arises because of failure to follow any care instructions you were given on purchase as this will fall under misuse.

Can you please explain what Hallmarking by the Assay Office is and how it affects me?

In the UK it is illegal to sell or describe any item as sterling silver, solid gold (any carat), platinum or palladium if they are over the required weight threshold unless it is hallmarked by the Assay Office.

The hallmark of a UK Assay Office is your guarantee that an item (in all its parts) is of the standard of fineness indicated by the hallmark struck on that item.

925 stamps are not used as a measure of metal fineness within the UK.

Customs and Import Fees US and International

We’re pleased to confirm that all orders shipped to the USA are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) – so there will be no additional customs fees on arrival.

For all other international buyers, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import policies. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order, as any import duties or taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Colour Variations - Plated Metals

Variations in colour, tone, or appearance may occur in plated gold items. Such differences arise from the composition of the underlying base metals, amalgams, and manufacturing processes, even where the same carat of gold plating is specified. These variations are inherent to the plating process and shall not be deemed to constitute a defect, non-conformity, or misrepresentation of the product.

Sizing for Spinning Rings

Spinning Rings will measure differently to thinner band rings due to their internal shape and design - so your 'standard' size may not fit as expected and may require a size increase. If in any doubt of the size, please consider purchasing without engraving, as we can always engrave at a later time - but cannot exchange or resize a personalised spinner ring.

Bespoke and Personalised items

𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗦

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase on all non-personalised items if it is in its original packaging and condition. Exchanges must be for the same value or higher. If a personalised item is unsuitable, we will happily work with you to try and resolve the problem by modifying the item. Earrings cannot be returned if the sealed bag has been opened.

A custom order is any order that is commissioned, modified, personalised, customised, or manufactured in accordance with your specific requirements and includes the addition of photos to the order. If an order cannot be resold to another customer without opening the box it arrived in, it is classed as a custom/bespoke order.
