ABOUT FREE SHIPPING
Standard shipping does NOT include USPS tracking!
Most orders will make it within 5-7 business days, but with free shipping please allow up to 10 business days for it to arrive.
What shows up as a tracking number on free shipping orders is from Etsy's postage purchasing provider Pitney Bowes. This is a small barcode that may or may NOT get picked up by postal machines. It is not a reliable indicator of where the card is. Some orders never move out of 'pretransit' and some will say 'delivered' when they have not really been delivered.
Unfortunately USPS does lose things from time to time. If you selected free shipping and your card does not arrive by 2 weeks from the ship date please contact me for a replacement or refund.

My order is marked as delivered, but I don't have it!
Its probably still on the way! Please see the above FAQ about free shipping. There is no USPS tracking if you chose free shipping. If your order has been marked as delivered that is just based on an estimate. Most post offices are running many days behind these delivery estimates. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to show up.
My order says 'pretransit' has it shipped?
Yes- if you chose free shipping there is no USPS tracking. Many orders will stay in 'pretransit' status forever, even after its delivered to you.
If you paid for a USPS shipping upgrade your order should NOT stay in pre transit status more than a day or two, please message us right away for assistance.
