After many years of creating fan-font based on the media as we know it and donating many of these to raise money for charity we thought it was time of offer several of our fonts specifically for commercial use. All our commercial fonts are available in Open Type and are fully kerned and embeddable in all types of media including Adobe PDF's. Since July 2017 due to we now only post either watermarked OR semi-populated TTF SAMPLE versions . You may find several SVG or TTF versions on what we like to call bootleg sites that display our fonts without our permission in order to benefit from their own pay-per-click google ads.

Please do not entertain these as we only work with official font sites outlined below!

FONT LICENSING
Currently we offer five types of font licensing: YouTube channel banner (Demo TTF); Vector (EPS) for Clipart; Webfont TT@fontface (WOFF) for company websites; Desktop License a standard kerned Open Type Font (OTF) with printing rights for single user use please purchased the number of licenses from the quantity pulldown menu ; Company Logo in OTF (3 user licenses) with editable embedding rights and the Application License in OTF that also includes the ASCII/UNIX/Win Type 1 and the WebfontTT@fontface package . All of our licenses are perpetual, which means you pay once and use it forever. We also offer full installable licenses by request, that will automatically install any donwloaded typeface from your company website. This requires a annual binding contract at the price of the application license please contact the foundry using the Etsy custom request tool.

YOUTUBE TTF LICENSE
We post limited TTF demo versions containing at least 13 letters without numbers on five main websites to showcase our designs. These : dafont.com: fontspace.com; smartfonts.com; ffonts.net and deviantart.com. When you purchase a YouTube TTF license you enter into an agreement with SpideRaYsfoNtS to use this limited version artwork on your channel banner artwork for YouTube, Vimeo or Twitch. This option is available from the pull down menu but only for selected items you will not be sent any extra files, if you require to use our typeface and or designs for a company logo or part of branding on YouTube then you must purchase the COMPANY LOGO LICENSE.

VECTOR EPS LICENSE
We now offer Encapsulated Postscript packages ,that include 26 capitals they are limited to 300px high are NOT sold as an installable typeface and ONLY contain the letters. They can be placed OR opened as a smart object into Photoshop, Image Ready or Adobe Illustrator. This EPS License is an incomplete glyph set sold as individual glyph's primary for adding text to videos and can be re-sized to retain the same print resolution as their OTF cousins in the same way that you can manipulate clipart. The Vector EPS license version is an upgrade to the YouTube License this EPS bundle includes some Latin Supplement glyph's for parenthesis and punctuation.

WEBFONT TT@FONTFACE LICENSE (WOFF/TTF WebOnly™)
These packages have now been available our our Etsy shop since the 5th November 2015 and come as standard for installation on a website and used directly in HTML, using the @fontface rule, web designers no longer have to use "web-safe" fonts anymore. for this we include four formats: Most recent browsers now all use the WOFF (Web Open Font) standard format; some older browsers and Webkit Mobile platforms including iPhone and iPad still use SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) format and the EOT (Embedded Open Type fonts) are for Internet Explorer use only. Please be advised that the licensed True-Type Font is a real TTF but disabled for desktop use and is released without kerning and with no printing rights classed as TTF WebOnly™, we also include a sample HTML and CSS file. DESKTOP LICENSE (OTF Standard License)
Fully kerned typeface, available in the Open Type format, primarily to create commercial word documents bitmap embedding only, this standard license with single user rights dispatched with a full 256 open type glyph compliment including numbers, fractions, ligatures and accented characters.

DESKTOP LICENSE (OTF-SVG License)
Some of our OTF typefaces are now available with Scalable Vector Graphic aka Color Fonts these fonts open up a whole new world to designers. You can also embed OpenType-SVG fonts just like other fonts in your CSS, most browsers including Firefox and Edge will support colour fonts, if it's available please select the OTF-SVG option from the pulldown menu, they are compatible with version's PS CC 2017 and AI 2018 and later. DESKTOP LOGO (OTF Single User )
Fully kerned typeface, available in the Open Type format, primarily to create Logo's within digital media and signs, this standard license will be unlocked with third party printing rights for digital media dispatched with a full 256 open type glyph compliment including numbers, fractions, ligatures and accented characters.

COMPANY LICENSE (OTF Multiple User + WOFF/TTF WebOnly™)
Only available in the OTF best used for PDF's if you plan to use one of our fonts within your company letterhead or logo design or with third party company branding then please select this option, it will be unlocked with multiple (up to 3 user) full print/edit embedding rights for use on your UTC font servers . If you require last minute off site editing for your publishers this would also be the license you will require, this license covers unlimited platforms, sales and upgrades, The OTF version will be unlocked with full embedding rights and is dispatched along with the WebfontTT@fontface bundle.

APPLICATION LICENSE (OTF Editable + ASCII/UNIX/Win Type 1 + WOFF/TTF WebOnly™)
If wish to incorporate the typeface into a brand name this type of license will be required it is only available in the OTF. This license is also required for embedding this typeface into all digital media ID3 for MP3 files from iTunes and for iOS and android application use and will also allow you to embed the font files in your application code. This minimizes the need for images and allows your app to have more versatility and speed . Application licenses are limited by “application titles” but one license covers unlimited platforms, sales and upgrades. The OTF version will be unlocked with editable embedding rights and is dispatched along with the WebfontTT@fontface bundle.

INSTALLABLE CONTRACT LICENSE (OTF Installable Mode)
We also offer an Installable application font license this is only available by request and would require an annual payment set up for the the same amount as the original application payment amount. This would require a legal and binding contract to be signed by both the foundry and the original buyer. It would allow you to brand the typeface with your company logo and offer it for download via your website, copyright would still be held with SpideRaYsfoNtS.
