5 out of 5 starsI love the artwork. The shipping could be a little better. The brown packaging was a little torn and open but the art wasnβt damaged just the wrapping on the outside which held up from the UK the US.

The customer service for this shop is great, when my package arrived I found the seller added some thoughtful details to the packaging with a note inside. The only issue I had was with delivery as the item turned up later than expected. However - when I contacted the seller she was very kind. When the package arrived I could see it had been sent first class and the issue was with the delivery company rather than this business. Would highly recommend, would just make sure to order early if it is a gift :)

Delivery Questions
- If you choose standard delivery on your order, you will not be able to track your order whilst it is on route to you
- shipping is currently taking much longer than usual due to COVID 19, please expect to wait a significant amount of time for international orders
- you can upgrade your delivery in order to receive a tracked parcel
- some standard delivery orders still have a tracking number attached - this is an error I am trying to solve with Etsy - UNLESS YOU SPECIFICALLY PAY FOR TRACKED SHIPPING YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
- I am not responsible for any customs charges
- I will always try to help if your parcel is delayed, but I will no longer be able to send out replacements or refunds until 40 days after sending
An item I ordered is now on sale - can you refund the price difference?
All order prices are final at the point of sale, although refunds for the difference if the sale is within a day or two of the sale may be sent at the discretion of the shop owner.
My order hasnβt arrived yet - can you track it on your end?
Unless you have specifically chosen the tracked shipping methods on your order I cannot see the location of your order after I have dropped it off at the Royal Mail. As such, the shipment cannot be classed as missing until the Royal Mail regulations define it as so. Please note that the Royal Mail delivery estimations are incredibly optimistic and deliveries often take longer than the RM suggested date.
Can I get a refund?
I am able to refund an order once it has been returned to me (at the cost of the customer, unless the item was damaged during transit). Once the order has been returned to me I am able to send a full refund.
