Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
Because much of the damage, loss, etc that happens during the life of an order happens after the pots have left the studio, I will not promise that all orders from the Pottery are open to refunds.

In specific circumstances I may offer you the option of a refund or a replacement if it's possible.

Shipping
While my customers & I have had fantastic luck with the postal service, it is a frustration when the postal system isn't as efficient, careful or specific as they would like to be. Sometimes orders are delivered late, broken in transit, or otherwise not what was promised at the Postal Service counter. I cannot guarantee the delivery of your order once it has left my hands, however, I will do my very best to track down what has happened and keep you informed.

It is always your choice to ask for additional insurance, tracking numbers, etc. but these are not included in the postal costs quoted in my shop. Please feel free to mention that you would like additional insurance, delivery confirmation, etc and I will get a quote for you.
