How Spoilt Baby started on Etsy...
I started my Etsy store as myself and husband was applying to adopt our son but there wasn't many baby products that themed around having same sex parents or adoption so I decided to make and sell my own on Etsy.
Unfortunately, I was made redundant while on adoption leave earlier year 2021 as the pandemic had a crippling effect on the high street and the store I worked at (Debenhams) had closed as a result of this. Around the same time my Etsy store was starting to get more and more busy and I was really grateful that my hobby was turning into something a bit more serious as it not only helped support my family when I was financially vulnerable but also gave me a good distraction of losing a job that I loved so much.
Spoilt Baby specialise in bespoke baby products and our classic designs are inclusive to all types of families. A lot of thought and love went into making these items so I know they'll make who ever receives them - smile. And that's the ethos of Spoilt Baby.

Care instructions
I'm machine washable inside out (no more than 30 degrees). Iron inside out and avoid vinyl. Do not tumble dry. No scratchy back of neck labels means spoilt & comfy baby!

Exchanges & Refunds
As our items are personalised and made to order we do not accept refunds or exchanges. On the very rare occasion, if our product is faulty please get in contact. Like most retailers we will not exchange defective items that have been washed or ironed. Customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning item to us to be investigated.
