Processing Time - CUSTOM ORDERS
Once proof/s are approved we will aim to process your order within 10-14 days. However the time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary. You will be advised if the order will take longer than 14 days to arrive.

Please note, once you place a CUSTOM order, you can cancel within 2 days.
A £25 charge will be deducted from your refund if we are at proof stage. Once you have approved your proof, we are unable to offer cancellation or refunds.

Cancellations - CUSTOM FLORAL ORDERS
Please note, once you place a CUSTOM order, you can cancel within 2 days. Because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns or refunds on custom or personalised orders.

All SAMPLE items are mailed Second Class via Royal Mail. For CUSTOM ORDERS a courier service will be used.

As all of our products are made to order and personalised please ensure you supply only the wording you want to appear on your printed item. Please ensure that dates/times and all spellings are correct. (PDF Proofs are supplied with every order). Sposini does not take responsibility for any errors found after the proof/s has be approved and or after delivery.

When should I send my Save the Date cards?
We recommend 12 to 18 months before your wedding.

How many wedding invitations should I order?
You will need to order one invitation per couple/family.

Can I choose my wording for my wedding invitations?
Yes. Your invitation can be worded as you wish.

What details do I need on my Order of Service?
Your order of service should include entrance music, hymns, prayers and the marriage. Your vicar/priest or minister will guide you to which details need to be included.

Do I need an Order of Service for a Civil Wedding?
No, however you may choose to have an Order of Day, which can include the ceremony and the run of the day.

Custom Orders for Artificial Flowers
All bouquets and flowers are made to order, therefore subject to minor variations. This includes materials that are brought in from manufacturers/wholesale i.e. artificial flowers, ribbons or embellishments.
