If you wish to cancel and order please contact me and let me know as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, and a refund is only possible when the order has been returned to me.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange a refund or exchange. Once your order is returned in perfect, saleable condition, I will then provide a full refund - minus the return postage costs.

If your order arrivs faulty, please get in touch and send me a photo of the problem. Damaged or faulty items are ofcourse fully refundable.

Personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Please get in touch before leaving negative feedback, if I don't know about any issues you may have experienced then I cannot do anything to put it right.

COVID 19 - Please be aware that postage around the world is experiencing delays due to the current pandemic and the post systems being overwhelmed with online orders.

If you are outside of the UK, and placed an order after the 23rd of November, I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas.

ORDERS WITHIN THE UK:

All orders within the UK are posted via First Class with the Royal Mail – this usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive – but with the current pandemic some orders are taking up to two weeks to arrive. If your order hasn’t arrived within two weeks please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are sent via Standard Airmail with the Royal Mail. This usually takes around 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on where you are based - but with the current pandemic, there are some delays happening depending on where you are.

Europe - orders are currently taking anything between 1-4 weeks to arrive.

USA - orders to the US usually take around 2-4 weeks to arrive, but with the current pandemic and now the funding crisis with USPS, there are unpredictable delays. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to arrive.

Canada - all mail being sent from the UK to Canada is facing severe delays because of the on-going impact of COVID-19 and record volumes of traffic being received in Canada. Post is being processed as normal in the UK, but delays are taking place once the mail reaches the Canadian border. As a result - please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to arrive.

Australia - orders to Australia usually take around 2-4 weeks to arrive, but with the current pandemic please allow up to 8 weeks for your order to arrive.

Rest of the World - parcels to Saudi Arabia, India, and Brazil and Mexico tend to arrive anything up to 3 months of an order being dispatched - please keep this in mind when ordering - I can't physically make the post go any quicker and this is down to the postal systems in these specific countries.

Please note I send all my overseas mail via Standard Airmail with the Royal Mail. This service is not trackable but is very reliable. If you think your order should have arrived and it hasn't, please dont hesitate to get in touch at staceydraws [!at] outlook.com.
