How to pay?
I accept Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. If you use credit cards, select Paypal at checkout (no Paypal account needed) and you will have the options to input credit card info.
How to send photos?
When you send me a message on Etsy, click Attach Image icon (a square mountain icon) or you can send them over by e-mail to:

Could you merge multiple pictures into one?
Sure we can!
We can merge two or more photos of your relatives into one in such way to make it look like a photo / drawing of them together.

I can't print out my JPG files using online services (e.g. Walgreens)
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We always create files in the CMYK colour range (which is for professional printing) but some printing services (e.g. Walgreens) do not accept them, instead they want RGB which is bad for printing. The bad thing is that they will not tell you the reason behind this, so you keep uploading the file endlessly.
But no worries, we can create these files in RGB for you so they'll be fine for these services. The only downside is the fact that colours on the print will be slightly different from what you see on the screen.

What sizes are the digital portrait option and how big can I print them?
I can do any size/ratio you request! Digital portraits are high resolution (300 DPI) and quality (CMYK colour range) so they can go as big or small as you like!
Is it extra to add text/decor?
No, this is free of charge.
Will I see the portrait before I purchase?
Unfortunately not. You will have to place the order first. However we do not charge extra for amendments to ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait.
What does "Options" mean?
'Options' do not mean a number of people included in portrait.
Different portraits have different prices depending on the complexity, the number of people to be included, add-ons and special request. Options are used for the checkout so you can pay the right amount we agreed on earlier.
