5 out of 5 starsI was absolutely delighted with the stained glass panel I had chosen for my husband as a special birthday gift. It's quality and craftsmanship were excellent. It was every bit as beautiful as I had hoped . To see its colours glow in the sunlight is a real pleasure. It changes in every light. . The item was carefully and beautifully wrapped to ensure its safe passage to us . The seller went above and beyond all expectations to ensure that I had it on time.

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely over the moon with my garden sculpture. Peter was amazingly helpful in creating one to my exact requirements. It arrived well within time, and the packaging was an art form in itself. If I could give a hundred stars, I would.

5 out of 5 starsWonderful workmanship with this item. I asked if they had a gold colour but it wasn't available in the time scale I needed it. The one I chose is beautiful, the service was second to none. First class delivery within a few days of the order. Highly recommended. Wendy Windiate

In the workshop

All my designs start with a doodle, followed by a cartoon showing where the leads will be, followed by a cutting plan.
-
The glass is cut to the edges of the lines on the cutting plan. Then the leads are added and the joints soldered.
-
Leading is done in the traditional way using horseshoe nails.
-
Then soldering, cementing, cleaning, adding the marine grade stainless steel and finally more cleaning.

Care instructions
To clean the stained glass just use a soft cloth and water or a non-ammonia window cleaner such as Method or Ecover all purpose cleaner.
Initially when rainwater or tap water dries on the stained glass there may be some white marks but over time the lead will naturally develop a grey patina. The white marks can be wiped off or left for rain to wash them off.
Please note the stained glass contains lead. It should therefore not be allowed to come into contact with food, nor given to children as a toy.
Shipping
The cost of shipping within the UK is included in the prices shown in each listing. 1st Class Signed For Royal Mail for smaller items and fully tracked ParcelForce48 for larger items.
Please contact me if you need something delivered sooner than the timescales shown on a listing and I will see what I can do.
After bad experiences with other carriers, I will only use RoyalMail/ParcelForce.
I am happy to ship worldwide for the additional costs shown. This includes tracking.
All items are packed in a way that assumes they could be stood on or treated like a football. To date I have experienced no breakages.
