My name is Peter Wiltshire and I live in Norfolk.
I've been making leaded stained glass since 2001. Since May 2014 I have been designing and making it to sell. I specialise in making weather proof leaded stained glass sculptures and ornaments to add an extra dimension to gardens. I use the same lead cames, solder and glass present in most church stained glass windows.

In the garden all glass changes appearance with light conditions and the angle it is being viewed from. Texture, colour and iridescence in the glass enhances this. It is the Art of Light, reflecting and projecting it. I find all my stained glass garden art takes on a life of its own, that always needs checking when in the garden or looking at the garden from inside.

My products include:-
- stained glass panels and towers or sculptures/ornaments with legs that can be "planted" in the garden
- horseshoes with stained glass centres
- stained glass hanging ornaments that can be placed in the garden all year or used as suncatchers or decorations inside

I offer the unique service of putting stained glass centres into horseshoes with special memories attached to them that people send me. I can also put centres into horseshoes from my stock.

The materials I use are Spectrum and Wissmach sheet glass (cathedral, iridescent, textured and plain), lead cames, galvanised steel wire , tinned copper wire, and top quality 316 marine grade stainless steel.

In June 2017 five of my sculptures appeared in a show garden at Gardeners World Live at the NEC, Birmingham. The BBC introduced a section of Gardeners World on the 16th June on this garden, starting with a view of one of my sculptures.
