I would like a refund on my order...
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I may at my discretion offer a partial or full refund.
Because the nature of my work is to produce custom one-off personalised pieces, I may not be able to re-sell any returned or cancelled orders, so I cannot accept returns or refunds on the majority of orders.
The item I ordered has imperfections...
My work is hand-made, I often work without guides, rules or measures.
Imperfections in my products make them unique.
My work is imperfect, as is Life.
That being said, if you are seriously unhappy with your item, please get in touch and I'll see if there's something we can do about that. Unfortunately I don't have the resources to hand-deliver your order, so I'm relying on other companies that deal with this sort of thing to deliver your order for me - if they have caused damage to your product, then that's something we'll have to work out together.
