Welcome to Starbox, As Christmas is fast approaching and therefore there are delays with Royal Mail in general and are taking longer to arrive. If you want guaranteed delivery it is best to upgrade your shipping.
Please note that there are some mail being received sent 1st/2nd class which is taking longer than usual.
If an item is needed within 2 weeks from purchase we would strongly recommend a guaranteed service which is Royal Mail next day delivery.
2nd class is taking 14+ days with longer delays in areas such as London, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland
1st class is taking 7+ days.
We will assist in any way we can and have a range of options to select from. Please contact us to assist you.
Australia/New Zealand – mail to Australia and New Zealand is currently taking between 4 – 6 weeks. If needed by a specific date please get in touch and we will look at a cost of a courier for you.
USA – Standard delivery is around 14 - 18 days from dispatch.
Europe –
France – delivery is around 2 - 4 weeks
Germany - Delivery is around 2 - 4 weeks and delays can occur
UK
Standard delivery – 2nd class – Royal Mail standard delivery in normal times is taking around 3 - 5 days but allow upto 14 days as if there is a localised issue it will delay delivery. We do advise if an item is needed within the next 2 weeks that you order on a guaranteed service as Royal Mail 1st/2nd class is NOT guaranteed and can take longer than estimated.
We always suggest upgrading for a courier or tracked option at checkout to ensure you are not disappointed.
We DO NOT guarantee delivery by a certain date for 1st/2nd Class - the dates provided by Etsy we cannot amend and are ESTIMATES only, they do not take into account the current situation
Royal Mail Next Day is once the item has been made and despatched and someone must be in to take delivery. Friday orders are for delivery on Monday. We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver on a Saturday.
ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK
Please note that we are no longer in the EU and therefore orders to countries outside the UK can and will be liable for VAT/Duty which will need to be paid to receive your order from the provider.

Frequently asked questions
When will my item arrive (International Orders)?
I want your order to be with you in time for your event so it is important to consider the different shipping options before you order.
International tracked shippings takes on average 5-15 working days. I send all items tracked so that you are aware of the delivery process every step of the way. I can also offer courier delivery if you need your items sooner. Please contact me for any costs
If you would like to discuss your shipping opt with us please drop us a message before placing your order.
UK Orders
All our orders are sent 2nd class Royal Mail. Should you want this sooner then please get in touch and we can look to offer either a 1st class post or courier service.
As postage is 2nd class delivery this can take between 2.5 business days.
** Further shipping information**
If your package has arrived and you are missing items or the items are damaged please let us know within 14 working days of delivery. To work with you to resolve these issues we will need photos of the packaging and any damaged items.
If your item is returned by the shipper we will contact you. We will confirm your details with you and require you to pay additional postage to resend your order. We will retain your items 28 Days..
For international orders, if you wish to track your package whilst it travels to your location you must chose the tracked and signed shipping option
How can I return my item?
We want you to love the items as much as we do but we also understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. If you do need to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure the items are unopened/unused and in their original packaging as opened items cannot be refunded.
Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however we always recommend the use of a recorded return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded.
Personalised and bespoke orders
I love nothing more than making personalised items for people that are bespoke to them.
However please make sure that the font on the picture is to your liking as once printed and sent these cannot be returned.
I am more than happy to send you an example of what the words will look like as words can change for different letters even in the same font.
Once the font has been agreed and printed then unfortunately I cannot accept returns on personalised items.
