Custom and personalised orders
Yes I can do custom and personalised orders. There are limits to how detailed I can get custom leatherwork - very intricate designs may be beyond my skill level.
Returns on custom orders depend very much on the nature of the order. Something with a name on or a symbol or coat of arms (for example) that is exclusive to you, I can't accept returns on. If it's a design which I feel is resellable to a wide audience, I will accept returns on if the artwork was mine or I can written permission from the artist to resell.
Prices for custom orders will include art preparation time when applicable.
I won't use the work of another artist without written permission from the artist.
Sizing details
Sizing variations are possible on all my leather items. Where this results in a price alteration, this is clearly stated.
Care instructions
Leather should be cleaned with a specialist leather cleaner and soft cloth.
Wholesale availability
I am not able to supply wholesale leather goods. I am happy to discuss bulk orders of potion bottles.
Lead time
Most items in my etsy shop are made to order. Potions and small leather goods such as belt hangers will typically ship within 2 weeks. Larger leather goods - armour, belts, pouches etc have a 6 week lead time.
