Welcome to our shop! A small family business making bespoke handmade industrial rustic style furniture, shelves and accessories made out of steel and wood. We only use reclaimed or recycled wood and try to source as locally as possible. We aim to take something unloved and unused and make it into something useful, beautiful and unique.
What makes us unique is that everything we offer is completely customisable to your needs. Don’t feel like you have to settle for something that nearly fits your space or feel you'll make do - let us create the perfect furniture for you. Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
Please get in touch if you would like a design custom made or if you would like an existing product made to your specification. As everything we make is made to order there is no additional charges for custom orders.
We cannot be held responsible for design errors with manufacture of products designed or instructed by you the customer. Please ensure you have measured the space you wish to place the item accurately before design and ensure that floor / walls weights are not exceeded. If you are unsure of a product weight please ask us and we will give the most accurate information as possible before manufacture.
For made to measure items, a refund will only be available if the product arrives faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
Order Cancellation & Returns
If you place an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us. If your order has begun production, please be aware that once an order has been accepted by us, we cannot cancel it. Please read our returns policy which details how to return unwanted or unsuitable items for a refund.
* You may terminate the contract (return your order), but only after paying any additional delivery or collection fees and a 25% restocking fee. This is entirely at our discretion.
** On-sale/clearance items are non-returnable unless you decide to exchange them, in that case, you simply need to cover the cost of return and supply a new shipping label. That means no - 25% off since the customer is in charge of both costs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

2. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES THAT MAY APPLY
We do not collect any customs fees when sending packages. All customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred from receiving our product will be at the discretion of your country’s tax regulations and PAID FOR BY THE BUYER. These fees are not charged by the UK, the fees are charged by your country and we have no control over these fees. By purchasing our products, you agree to pay these fees. If you fail to pay after your item is shipped, we will dedicate shipping fees from refund.

Care instructions
All wood species can react to exposure to sunlight, changes in temperature and humidity. We cannot be held responsible for changes in the wood due to environmental factors, once delivery has been made. All our wood is dried to a humidity of approx 10% moisture. In very dry or hot settings this could decrease, leading to cracks/movement; likewise a very humid or wet environment could cause the wood to warp, and joints to separate. We make our furniture with wood movement in mind; however we can’t take responsibility should the piece react to the temperature or humidity of your own environment.
Steel
All of our items are constructed using Mild Steel and delivered to us by a local supplier. We cut, drill, clean & weld (and clean again!) every single component by hand.
Our raw steel items are left untreated, exposing their original rustic coloring, and giving an industrial aesthetic. This is easily maintained with a coating of WD40 every few months. If these get wet it may cause rusting, so please ensure the area surrounding the item stays clean and dry, as it can mark your flooring.
Can I have the metal in a different colour?
Yes absolutely, we can offer our metal in any RAL colour of choice. If you google RAL colours, you will be able to choose one that suits. To order this, there is an additional charge which varies depending on the product, please message us for an exact quote.
Do you send wood samples?
Yes we send out samples of our wood!
We do offer a matching service, where we try to get as close to your desired colour or finish as possible. Please message us with your requirements and we will do our best to assist you :)
Wood
Wood has natural characteristics such as, shrinkage, swelling, surface splitting and minor movement due to the change in temperature and humidity. This won’t affect the durability or lifespan of your furniture or shelving. Movement within the wood is completely normal & in most situations we feel this adds character to the product.
These natural movements are not structural defects, therefore are not covered in this guarantee.
