Items will be made/shipped out after full payment has been received.

I am happy to ship internationally; if your country is not included within the postage details, please contact me and I can adjust the listing to include the relevant country.

Pre-made items (marked as available) will be shipped 1-3 days after payment.
Items marked as "Made to Order" will have an expected ship by date depending on the size and complexity of the sculpture ordered.

I always send parcels first class, signed and tracked and will inform you once your sculpture has has been made and is on its way, informing you of the tracking number.

If you have any requests (eg rush delivery,) please get in touch before purchasing - to ensure this is possible within the timescale, especially during the busiest periods such as the lead up to Christmas.

I have no control over any customs fees or taxes charged in your country. Please be mindful of this when making your purchase.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I generally keep your data for the following time period: five (5) years.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction has. If I am required to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
