Super Embroidered Stuff For Your Home.

I started stitching when studying foundation art in 2008. I found it the best and easiest way to work, and since have always chosen needle and thread over pens, pencils and paintbrushes.

I love maps and vintage things, patterned fabric and having as many projects simultaneously on the go as possible!

**XMAS DEADLINES** I am not shipping internationally at the moment, but for the UK the last date to order before Christmas is DECEMBER 14TH. A bit early this year to account for inevitable delays with royal mail. The shop will remain open throughout December, but I can't guarantee items arriving in time after this date. Thank you for visiting!

**Notice regarding changes to the way I'm operating**

Given the current pandemic situation, I am avoiding trips to the post office. This means that I will only be selling items small enough to fit in a post box. I am now offering free shipping on all items, and unfortunately I will not be shipping internationally until further notice.

I make all my products from as much recycled material as possible, for my notebooks I use anything from envelopes, blank pages torn from old sketchbooks, brown paper bags, old maps and paperwork that is no longer needed.

Reusing packaging is a priority for me, so your order may come packaged in a second hand bubble-envelope or plastic parcel bag, this saves non recyclable plastics from the landfill. Please re-use again if you can!

All textile items are made with as little going spare as possible. All offcuts and scraps go into earring or pincushion making. Please check those sections of the shop to see what is currently on offer!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

In a lot of cases my products are unique and one of a kind, it will not be possible to easily replace damaged or lost items, which is why I ask you to please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will accept returns as per Etsys policy, but such matters will need to be discussed
I accept Paypal and Etsy gift cards as well as normal debit/credit cards.
I will dispatch your item asap after receiving payment, normally within 3 working days.

I am posting from the UK with Royal mail, first class in the UK, standard Airmail to International buyers. In the unlikely event of an item getting lost in the post, I cannot be held responsible for refunding you, but will do all I can to place a lost claim and try to get the amount refunded from Royal Mail.

Additional policies and FAQs
Q: Can you make me a custom piece?

A: Unfortunately I am not able to fulfill custom orders at the moment, with working a full time job, overhauling the shop, and undertaking various other projects, it is not possible currently.

Q: What steps have you taken to make your shop more environmentally friendly?

A: I try really hard to operate under a zero-waste policy, which is a challenge! Many of my new ideas for products have sprouted from this need to reduce my waste. All fabric offcuts go into cushion making. Any supplies that can't be recycled will end up in my destash section so please check out my shop for that. I reuse as much packaging as possible from incoming deliveries. I am always on the look out for new suppliers with eco friendly policies eg. recycled papers, organic and fair trade fabrics and biodegradable packaging. And I am always open to suggestions on how to improve this stuff and where to go for materials, so please get in touch.

Q: Where do you sell in person? Are there any fairs where I can see the products first hand?

A: I normally participate in several Christmas markets each season, in November and early December, and almost exclusively in the South Wales area. Please follow Stitch City on your preferred social media to find out where I'll be and when!

My items are made in a smoke free environment. I have a cat who likes to explore the studio, so do let me know if you have a severe allergy!
