IL MAKING, ovvero QUANDO L'ARTE INCONTRA LA MATERIA
Da molti anni realizzo decorazioni artistiche per la casa, accessori e regali personalizzati. Anche se amo progettare e creare, stampare e cucire sono più di ciò che il mio piccolo studio casalingo consente. Cominciando dalla mia casa e dai regali per la famiglia e gli amici, mi sono reso conto dei vantaggi di Print On Demand (POD).
Per produrre gli articoli perfetti per te, collaboro con i migliori fornitori di stampa del mondo. Stampano i miei disegni su prodotti già pronti o li realizzano da zero. Quindi ti spediscono gli articoli finiti direttamente.
Questo processo ti consente di ricevere decorazioni o accessori per la casa su misura realizzati da professionisti nel giro di pochi giorni, nella maggior parte dei casi.

SU DI ME
Vivo e lavoro nel centro di Israele e traccio i miei primi pensieri artistici all'asilo all'età di cinque anni. Già allora sapevo cosa volevo fare da grande: arte e design.
Da bambino ero una piccola creatura topata, che viveva in una bolla da sogno, guardando il mondo. Tutto è diventato fonte di ispirazione: visioni e suoni, profumi e colori, consistenze e forme. In un certo senso, questo bambino è ancora qui :)
Vengo da una famiglia di artigiani, designer e artisti, quindi diventare un artista creativo mi è sembrato naturale. Li ho visti praticare sia processi artistici che meticolosi mestieri artigianali. Tuttavia, il sostegno al mio giovane talento è arrivato da altri luoghi, principalmente dai miei insegnanti d’arte. Quando ho espresso il desiderio di imparare l'arte al liceo, mio padre ha risposto che era meglio fare un "lavoro serio" e mi ha mandato a imparare la contabilità.
Me? Contabilità?
Ben presto si rese conto del suo errore e divenne una primaria fonte di sostegno. L’arte è diventata un’ancora – pittura, artigianato e creazione di gioielli – una parte integrante della mia vita. È un fuoco ardente che non si spegne mai.
L'arte mi ha scelto ed è diventata il mio modo di vivere.
STUDIO
Da giovane ero preoccupato che l’arte da sola non potesse fornire qualcosa, così ho iniziato a studiare architettura. Dopo un po’ mi sono sentita fuori posto e avevo voglia di lavorare direttamente con i materiali, sporcandomi le mani. Uno dei miei insegnanti, un noto scultore, mi ha posto una domanda ovvia: cosa mi piacerebbe fare da grande? In qualche modo lo sapevo. L'ho sempre saputo. Ho lasciato la scuola e ho iniziato a disegnare gioielli con il cartone avanzato per modellare.
StudioD ha preso vita.
Diversi decenni dopo, sono qui, e condivido con voi un pezzo del mio mondo creativo. Durante questo periodo ho sperimentato molti materiali e tecniche.
Negli ultimi anni ho lottato con il dolore e la fatica della ME (encefalomielite mialgica). Per placare il mio genio creativo, ho iniziato a lavorare con i media digitali. Fortunatamente, ha ampliato le mie opzioni creative.

Eppure, StudioD è tutto incentrato su di te.
Come?
Ti immagino nel tuo ambiente e scelgo il modo giusto di abbinare forme, colori e funzionalità utilizzando varie tipologie di oggetti.
La tua casa è un'estensione di te stesso e i miei progetti mirano a raccontare una storia senza parole: la tua storia.
Le richieste personalizzate non sono affatto un problema. Viceversa: adoro la sfida! Fornisce anche un contatto diretto e personale con te, un dialogo – che è un piacere speciale per me :)

THE MAKING, or WHEN ART MEETS MATTER
I've been making artistic home decor, accessories & personalized gifts for many years. While I love to design and create, printing and sewing are more than what my small home studio allows. Beginning with my own home and gifts for family and friends, I became aware of the benefits of Print On Demand (POD).
To produce the perfect items for you, I collaborate with the best print providers in the world. They print my designs on ready-made products or craft them from scratch. Then they ship the finished items directly to you.
This process allows you to receive these professionally crafted custom-made home décor or accessories in a matter of days, in most cases.

ABOUT ME
I live and work in central Israel and track my first artistic thoughts to kindergarten at five. Even then, I knew what I wanted to do growing up: art and design.
As a child, I was a mousy little creature, living in a dreamy bubble, gazing out to the world. Everything became a source of inspiration: visions and sounds, scents and colors, textures, and shapes. In a way, this child is still here :)
I come from a family of craftsmen, designers, and artists, so becoming a creative artist seemed natural. I saw them practice both artistic processes and meticulous handcrafts. However, support for my young talent came from other places, mainly my art teachers. When I expressed my wish to learn art in high school, my father replied that it's better to have a "serious occupation" and sent me to learn bookkeeping.
Me? Bookkeeping?
Soon he realized his mistake and became a primary source of support. Art became an anchor – painting, crafting, and jewelry making – a built-in part of my life. It's a burning fire that never extinguishes.
Art has chosen me and become my way of life.
STUDIOD
As a young adult, I was concerned that art alone could not provide, so I began learning Architecture. After a while, I felt out of place and longed to work directly with materials, getting my hands dirty. One of my teachers, a known sculptor, faced me with an obvious question: what would I like to do when I grow up? Somehow I knew. I always knew. I quit school and began designing jewelry out of leftover modeling cardboard.
StudioD came to life.
Several decades later, I'm here, sharing a piece of my creative world with you. During this time, I experienced many materials and techniques.
I've struggled with ME's (myalgic encephalomyelitis) pain and fatigue in the past few years. To appease my creative genie, I began working with digital media. Luckily, it broadened my creative options.

How?
I imagine you in your environment and choose the right way to combine shapes, colors, and functionality using various types of items.
Your home is an extension of yourself, and my designs aim to tell a story without words – your story.
Custom requests are no trouble at all. Vice versa – I love the challenge! It also provides direct and personal contact with you, a dialog – which is a special treat for me :)
