Crafting To Help Animals!

Hi,
I created Tags & Tokens as an outlet for my crafting hobby in 2015. I love art and craft and often try out new mediums. As soon as i tried modelling with clay i was hooked! Initially I crafted items incorporating animals because i am huge animal lover, but the range has extended now and will continue to expand as I have so much fun trying out new designs!

I work full time and so all the items I sell are carefully hand crafted in my spare time.

I hope you enjoy the products I create as much I do!

*Cancellations*
Cancellations are accepted for items that are not "made to order" and not despatched. A full refund will be provided.

If you cancel your order after despatch a refund will be issued provided the goods are returned in saleable condition within 14 days. The costs of return postage are not refundable.

*Damaged Goods*
All my items are well packaged, but If your item arrives damaged then please get in touch so that I can resolve the problem. I can usually offer a full refund or a replacement.

*Undelivered Items*
If your item does not arrive please get in touch so that I can investigate. I can usually offer a full refund or replacement.

*Personalised Orders*
If you have a problem with a item which has been made to order the please contact me.
Payment
You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Once payment is cleared I will post the parcel on the next working day.

If you have any problems making payment then please contact me.
Delivery
All orders received up until 6pm(GMT) will be despatched the next working day.

International Orders are posted by recorded delivery and delivery time is dependent on the destination.

Made to order items generally take 4-5 days to complete before they are packed and posted unless otherwise discussed and agreed.

Frequently asked questions
When will my goods arrive?

If your item is in stock and the order took place before 8pm GMT then I aim to ship the order the next working day.
UK orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post and normally take one day to be delivered.
International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard untracked service which normally takes between 5-7 days for delivery
Delivery upgrades can be organised prior to despatch. Please request this when ordering.
Custom Orders – Delivery estimates will be discussed during the order process. If you have a target date then please let me know when you request your custom order.

How will my item be packaged?

The clay products are wrapped carefully in tissue paper and then a suitable protective wrapping. If stated on the listing the item will arrive in a box which will be delivered in a plastic postal bag to protect it. The box is then suitable for gift wrapping. Items without boxes will arrived wrapped in protective card to prevent breakages and may arrive in a padded postal bag.

My order has not been delivered what do I do now?

If the expected delivery date has passed then please get in touch as soon as possible to let me know the order is missing. I must be notified within 30 days of despatch of the order. Requirements for replacements or refunds will be discussed on an individual basis and resolved as quickly as possible.

My item arrived damaged!

Can you create custom designs or colours?

See something you like but want to change it? I love creating new products and can customise most of my items or even create something totally new!
If you'd like to change the colour or personalise something then please get in touch and I will respond as soon as possible.

How to use and care for your item

My creations are purely intended for decoration use only.
Clay items should be treated with care, much the same as a china ornament.
If dropped they may be damaged.
Dust lightly with a soft brush or cloth and never use chemical cleaners.
Do not immerse in water or expose to moisture.

What is the clay made of?

I use a durable, good quality, white air dry clay. The listed ingredients are:
Water, Inorganic Fillers and Vegetable Bindings.
It is non-hazardous, but If swallowed seek medical attention.

Do you do wholesale or large batch orders?

I am very sorry, but I am unable to accommodate large orders. Art and craft is a hobby for me which I do in my free time when I am not working or volunteering. This store is an outlet I opened in order to sell my creations.
