I have been making burlesque based goodies for 10 years and performing for seven.
I've worked in UK fashion for 9 years and have made creations for performers all over the world and been featured in magazines such now Marie Claire, TV ~ ITV, BBC, C5, C4.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
All items are hand made or hand finished to order.
Do take advantage of my excellent customer service and ask questions about an item before you buy.
Exchanged can sometimes be agreed upon before purchase.
Postage costs will not be covered by the shop.
Sale items are non returnable.
All items are posted tracked, so please follow your items journey to it's new home.
Due to Etsy's new search engine results they are pushing sellers to do free postage.
If for any reason I agree to take an item back, the true postage will be deducted from a refund.
Do note very heavy items such as heavily embellished gowns can cost up to £65 for me to post over seas.
If you refuse a parcel being delivered, what happens to that item is then your responsibility & you will not be refunded.
Payment
You do not need to be registered with paypal to use your credit card, simply choose the "pay with paypal" option at checkout and follow the instructions.
If you want to reserve an item, please contact me and I will hold it for you.
Delivery
Using the code supplied in your receipt, paste it into the Royal Mail tracking site.

Items that come back to me due to being unclaimed will be charged again, so please do follow your tracking.
Your postman might not leave a card to say they have been, so please keep an eye on your own order using the tracking on your receipt.
This code is input once your item has been dispatched.
Orders are posted out to the address on the order form, so please input the correct address.
EU post should be with you within a week, 2 weeks if they get caught in customs.
USA and worldwide will take 1-3 weeks.
It is your responsibility to let me know if your item has not arrived within three weeks of being marked as dispatched, if the package comes back to me due to not being collected from your local post office you will have to pay the postage fees again.
Orders that have come back to me and are unclaimed after 60 days, will be void.
ITEMS LOST IN THE POST.
Please make sure your address in Etsy and paypal are the same and correct.
ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED
If for any reason I agree to a refund, please unstand Etsy are forcing sellers to do free shipping, otherwise we will be ranked lower in the listings. This means if something is refunded I will not refund the true postal cost of the item. Bear in mind heavy gowns can cost roughly £20-£45 to post.
Royal mail doesn't class items as lost until it has been missing for :
20 "working" days for items sent to European destinations
60 "working" days for the rest of the world.
This does not include Weekends or national holidays.

All corporate purchases of my work are held in a file by my solicitor in order to prevent mass market intellectual property infringement. This is a blanket policy and bears no ill will toward our valuable high end business customers.
