This is a great piece, but there is a lot more "white" than I expected. I had been planning to hang it on a white wall, but it is too white . . . I really do like it. I will find another spot for it.

Contemporary Art by UK Artist T A Marrison

I am passionate about painting and I paint from a studio in Derbyshire, England. I work on a number of paintings (or series of paintings) at the same time and my head is always full of ideas for more artwork. I tend to work from imagination mostly and just let the creative process guide me forward. My paintings typically start out with a frenzy of activity getting paint on to the canvas and then I slow down to consider the image and decide on composition and subject. My paintings usually always begin as an abstract and sometimes they remain so, other times they will develop into figurative abstracts.

I also love creating quirky still life and nude paintings which I create using vibrant watercolour and inks. Printmaking is another interest and I hope to develop this more in the future.

I have exhibited in Cyprus and the UK and my art can be found in public and private collections worldwide.

Returns and exchange details

Returns of original paintings and prints are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me so that I can authorize a return if you wish to return an item. A full refund will be given once the item is safely received. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

I accept payment via paypal.

Payment by post is an option for UK buyers only.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch your item as soon as possible following cleared payment. Larger paintings and prints are sent via an insured and trackable courier service. Smaller paintings and prints are usually sent via Royal Mail.

Delivery within the UK is usually within 2-3 working days for original paintings. Please allow up to 7 working days for made to order canvas prints within the UK.

Overseas delivery usually takes around 3-7 working days for original paintings. Please allow up to 14 working days for made to order canvas prints going overseas.

Please allow 5-15 working days for delivery of made to order paper prints. These prints are dispatched directly from the print manufacturer.

Any customs charges for overseas deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer.
