Frequently asked questions
How do digital downloads work?
If you have an Etsy account, after purchasing a digital file, you’ll see a VIEW YOUR FILES link which goes to the Downloads page to download your files.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation may take a few minutes.
After purchase, your files will appear and remain in your purchases folder: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
You will also receive a download notification email, which may take up to 30 minutes. Please check your email (including spam/junk folder).
If you do not have an Etsy account, you can check out as a Guest and you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email.
Can I refund my item?
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns.
Can I change the fonts, sizes, and colors in Editable PDFs?
If you are editing using Adobe Acrobat DC (paid) you can go to Edit -> Preferences -> Content Editing to change the font and size when you edit the PDF. Otherwise, the default or embedded fonts that will be used are included in the screenshots of our products.
You can also edit with other applications such as PDFElement (free download desktop version: https://pdf.wondershare.net/) - go to properties > appearance and you can choose your font, size, etc to fill.
How do I print without margins?
In Adobe Reader, when printing go to Properties, click on "Advanced", choose to On Borderless Printing. This will ensure your document prints without margins.
How do Editable PDFs work?
If stated, our PDFs are editable with Free Adobe Acrobat Reader. It can be downloaded for free from adobe.com.
By default when opened, the fillable fields are displayed and highlighted in blue. Otherwise, if you do not see the fillable form fields, go to Edit > Preferences > Forms > Under Highlight Color you can choose the colors to highlight the fields such that they are visible.
You can also edit with other software like PDFElement (free download desktop version: https://pdf.wondershare.net/) which will show the highlighted form fields and allow you to use your own preferred fonts and font size.

Will I receive a physical copy of my item?
All our items are 100% digital and can be instantly downloaded after purchase (excluding custom orders that may require 1-2 days to deliver). No physical items will be delivered.
What is the recommended application to use for digital planners?
We recommend using GoodNotes or XoDo for our planners.
Does the editable PDF download included guides?
Yes, instructions are all included in the downloaded user guide. Otherwise, you can contact us directly for assistance.
