Announcement    Welcome to the world of Tatie Lou!

I love sharing my passion for hand-printed and hand-dyed textiles. I studied Printed Textiles at Dundee University over 20 years ago, and I’ve travelled the world seeking inspiration for my original designs. My previous accessories brand featured in boutiques and department stores in London, Paris and Japan.

I’m always discovering new techniques, and my most recent collection explores the ancient Japanese art of Shibori. Each beautiful, one-off item of Shibori is created using naturally vibrant indigo dye and traditional binding and folding methods. The results are totally unique, every time.

Drop me your email address and you’ll be the first to know when lovely new things arrive!

Love Lou

P.S. Items sold by Tatie Lou are difficult to find anywhere else, so keep in touch to hear about the latest exclusive additions, plus my visits to craft fairs and events. It’d be great to talk textiles!
