Announcement    Welcome to my creative world, working on and with recycled tea bags. Creating unique original paintings and incorporating them into Encaustic Wax. I also produce botanical Eco and Cyanotype prints, alongside french script papers, in the form of Digital products, to meet all your crafting needs.

I work mainly in watercolour and acrylic, creating these 'One Of A Kind' tea bag paintings, making them unique art gifts for family, friends and tea lovers. I love the forever changing canvas on my little treasures, which is dictated by the tea flavours themselves.

Being surrounded by a wealth of colour in the Forest of Dean, my inspiration evolves from its flora and scenic beauty, local landmarks and my love of folkart.

I also incorporate tea bags into wax paintings, using natural Beeswax and Damar Resin, oil sticks and work on wood board. I hope you like the concept and texture created by this wonderful medium.

I have been experimenting with nature too and gift you some wonderful cyanotype art prints, recreated from the originals, alongside digital products; background eco dyed papers and french script, for your immediate crafting needs, such as, scrapbooking, junk journals, card making and more.

I hope you will enjoy the handmade items I have to offer and the concept in which I produce them. Creating unique art gifts for family, friends and tea lovers.

Video summary: My beautiful Woody Woodpecker painting on a recycled tea bag.

Unique Handmade Art Gifts From Recycled Tea Bags. Creating Encaustic Wax Art, Original Cyanotypes & Prints & Digital Papers for all your craft needs.

Living in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, I am inspired by everything around me & have a soft spot for folk-art.

My inspiration to use recycled tea bags came when I was looking for some art therapy to overcome an overactive thyroid. I turned to herbal tea and left a Rooibos Tea Bag on the boiler instead of going out to compost it. Well I haven’t looked back since 😂

The colour of the tea bag was so beautifully red I had to open it up and reach for my watercolour paints. And that was the start of this journey!

Living in the Forest Of Dean, surrounded by our beautiful trees &nature. It was by chance; after leaving a wet Tea Bag on my boiler, I became inspired to pick up my watercolours. These little treasures are the perfect canvas for me to express myself.
