WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER (UK)
All orders are shipped within 1 working day (Monday - Friday).
Shipping times are then on top.
Shipping costs start at £2.49 for smaller items and £3.95 for larger / heavier items.
Both services are tracked and usually take 2-4 days to deliver once shipped, though this can be affected by postal strikes, bank holidays and busy periods.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.
Please order in plenty of time. Delivery upgrades are available.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER (NON-UK)
All orders are shipped within 1 working day (Monday - Friday). Shipping times are then on top. All orders, including International are sent Tracked.
European shipments usually take 3-8 days ( 1 - 2 weeks ) but can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.
Rest of the World shipments usually take 5-17 days (1 - 3 weeks ) but can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Though these can be affected by customs, postal strikes, bank holidays and busy periods.
We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an ETSY email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
Check your junk folder if you’ve not received this, and think you should have.
CAN I UPGRADE TO EXPRESS SHIPPING
All UK orders can be upgraded to Express shipping, which is usually delivered in 1-2 days once shipped.
Though this is not guaranteed, 96% arrive in 1 day, once shipped.
International Orders (NON-UK) cannot be upgraded, as we already use the quickest shipping option available.
RETURNS
You must return your items by post no later than 14 days after the day on which the items are delivered to you.
Any returns are at your own risk.
You must pay for any return delivery costs, except where the wrong item has been sent to you or the item is defective.
The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods.
Swimwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession.
REFUNDS
We will refund you in full for any items you return but will deduct from any reimbursement an amount equal to any diminishment in value of the items as a result of you handling the items beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.
UK ONLY - If you are returning all items in your order, we will also refund the cost of the initial delivery to you, but only up to the cost of the standard delivery charge. We will not refund any Next Day, Express, Saturday or other premium component of any delivery charge. If you are not returning all the items in your order, the initial delivery cost will not be refunded to you.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY
All orders to Europe under 150 EUROS will not have to pay any custom duties.
All orders to USA, Australia and Canada are also exempt from customs duties.
Other countries may charge custom duties.
If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities.
The amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES INCOMPLETE OR FAULTY
If your order arrives incomplete, please double check all packaging. If you still believe the order to be incomplete you must inform us no later that 7 days after your order is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged you need to inform us no later than 7 days after your order is delivered. Do not dispose of any faulty products as we may need them returned in order to process your refund/replacement.
In either instance please contact us via messaging.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?
Always check your tracking information first. We have access to the same tracking information as you.
UK - If your order hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (from dispatch date) please contact us.
Europe - If your order hasn't arrived after 3 weeks (from dispatch date) please contact us.
Rest of World - If your order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks (from dispatch date) please contact us.
We are unable to resend or refund your order before the above timescales have lapsed.
WHEN WILL MY RETURNED ORDER BE REFUNDED?
You will be refunded no later than 14 days after the day we receive the items you are returning.
You will be refunded using the same payment method originally used to purchase the returned item(s).
Once a refund has been issued you will receive a confirmation email detailing the amount which has been refunded and the item(s) we received back.
