4 out of 5 starsThere was a weird glitch happening with the shipping amount during my order, and the seller was extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. As for the hair tie itself, it's a little too short for my thick box braids, so I am still trying to figure out the best way to make it work. Overall very sturdy and cute!
