My item is damaged - what do I do?

If your item is damaged or not of the high quality expected when it arrives, please get in touch with me as soon as possible with a photo of any damage. If necessary I will take it up with the postal service and issue any refunds accordingly, at my own discretion, once the damaged item has been returned.

Custom and personalised orders

When making a custom order, please ensure to clearly write your specific customisation requirements (e.g. the preferred background colour and text to appear on a domino pendant). I will copy what is asked for exactly, and cannot accept returns due to spelling errors made in this message. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Care instructions

Please take care of your item. I am proud of everything I make and sell; each piece is made with care and love, and is finished to the highest quality. However, to keep them in the best condition they need to be taken care of.

Please do not let babies or young children play with your item, as small parts may be a choking hazard and the fastenings are not designed to withstand pulling and playing.

Jewellery pieces should be removed when bathing or swimming, and should not be worn while sleeping.

My item has not arrived - what do I do?

For items within the UK, Royal Mail will consider an item lost if it has not arrived with 10 working days of the delivery due date.

For international orders, Royal Mail will consider an item lost if it has not arrived within 25 working days of the delivery due date.

Therefore I am only able to refund a lost item after this period.

If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your item please do get in touch and I will do what I can to help.

What do I do if I wish to return an item?

Please see the Shipping and Returns tab for detailed information regarding refunds and exchanges.

Overseas returns must be clearly marked as returns, and have the correct labels and forms in order to avoid unnecessary customs charges. If this is not done correctly and extra charges result, these will be taken out of the refund amount.

Please note that the item you wish to return must be delivered back to me before any refund can be made.

How long will my item take to arrive?

As some items are ready to ship on purchase and some are made to order, individual processing times (from when you place your order to when it will be posted) may vary. Please check each individual item for information.

UK Orders will be sent 2nd Class, and after dispatch should be delivered within 2 - 3 working days.
International Orders will be send Standard Class, and after dispatch should be delivered within 2 - 3 weeks.
I am happy to upgrade postage to tracked, signed, recorded or guaranteed delivery at the buyer's extra cost - please get in touch if you'd like to do this.
