Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
All of our items are made to order and a majority of them are personalized so we do not accept returns. Should you have any questions or concerns please contact us prior to placing an order. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing your order. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Order damaged in transit?
Please send us photos immediately of the damaged product and the packaging. In most situations we will offer a refund or a replacement can be sent. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Lost/Missing Packages shipped via USPS/UPS?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for orders once they have shipped. Please contact the parcel carrier, they should be able to provide you any assistance regarding your package. We sincerely apologize but we do not send replacements in these situations.
Bulk Orders
Quantiies of 10+ may require longer production times, please send us a message prior to purchase if you need them by a specific date.
Shipping Policy
Please view the listing or your order invoice for the Scheduled shipment date. These dates may vary due to product demand and seasonal order demands. I do my best to meet the shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. I will communicate any changes in shipping schedule to you.
If you Do Not purchase the Rush Order/EXPRESS MAIL Upgrade Shipping Fee, I cannot take responsibility if your order does not arrive in time for your event. The Express Mail option is the only Guaranteed United States delivery service with the USPS postal service.

Verify Address
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout to avoid shipping delays. We are NOT responsible for packages shipped to an old OR incorrect address given by the buyer. It is important to double check your shipping address prior to checkout, as this is where your order will be shipped. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for this reason.
