Crafting the days away in the corner of my dining room. I am happiest when surrounded by polymer clay, beads and my family.

Hello,

Welcome to my shop!

My name is Hannah and I am a jewellery designer and maker living in Nottingham, England with my husband, two children and one very cheeky rescue cat.

I have tried many different crafts and styles of jewellery making but I have a particular love for working with polymer clay and bead weaving. I am now fortunate enough to write tutorials for Bead and Jewellery Magazine, I have written online tutorials for Beads Direct and my work has been featured in Mollie Makes magazine. Alongside my tutorial work I run my Etsy shop and sell my jewellery locally at fairs and in shops.

I also enjoy drawing and painting with a tendency to lean towards whimsical and magical illustration.

All my polymer clay items are made by hand and I love to make my cute animal keyrings as much as I do pretty beads and pendants. I adore to learn new techniques and have far more ideas at any one time than I can possibly make. Each item made from polymer clay goes through many stages in its process. Time and care is given to each one whether it is softening the clay, forming clay canes to making sure the eyes on an elephant are the same. I am a perfectionist and try to ensure that all my items are finished to a high standard.

Bead weaving is where beads are hand sewn together using a strong beading thread to create beautiful patterns. I love to make up my own patterns and could honestly spend hours playing with beads and thread. I always ensure that the stitching is reinforced and knotted securely and use a strong beading thread to make sure that my pieces are as durable as they are pretty.

With both methods of jewellery making I can guarantee I will continue to design exciting new items; I am always thinking of new colour combinations, new patterns and learning new techniques.

I may not always follow the latest fashions but my aim is to make pretty, fun and unique pieces of jewellery that can be worn time after time and make you feel fantastic each time you wear them.

I hope you like my items and come with me on my Etsy journey.
