Payment
Payment can be made via Paypal or direct through Etsy. Payment must be made in full before goods can be dispatched.
Delivery
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail and aim to be delivered to you within 5 days of dispatch. For international orders, please allow a minimum of 10 days. I will always obtain proof of postage but to keep shipping costs down these will not be trackable. Should you wish to obtain a shipping upgrade then please let me know at time of purchase and I will provide a price for you.
Most orders will be processed on Saturdays but should you need your item sent sooner then please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer at a postal depot, I cannot be held responsible and the item cost cannot be refunded. The buyer is responsible for supplying accurate shipping details.
Any overseas customs charges/taxes are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional policies and FAQs
All jewellery items are sold as fashion pieces and are not suitable for wear when sleeping, showering or swimming. No refunds will be given for items damaged in this manner. Due to small parts they are also not suitable for young children.
