I didn't create these tools because I love planners, worksheets, or organization.
I created them because I needed support.
During some of the hardest seasons of my life, I found myself searching for resources that felt practical, comforting, and easy to use. Instead, most of what I found felt overwhelming, clinical, or disconnected from what real families were actually experiencing.
I wanted something different.
Something calm.
Something that could help people navigate difficult moments with a little more clarity, confidence, and peace.
That's how The Calm Routine began.
What started as a few resources for high-conflict co-parenting and custody transitions grew into a collection of tools designed to support emotional well-being for moms, teens, children, and families navigating life's challenges.
