Payment must be received upon order of goods if paying by PayPal or within 7 days if paying by cheque and/or before the download of any digital materials are released. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days (please refer to our refund policy if your good have been posted) Digital downloads are exempt from our cancellation and refund policy by virtue of the fact they are considered received once downloaded and cannot be retrieved without guarantee of not being copied/saved electronically first or proved to be not received.

We accept paypal from customers worldwide. We also accept cheques and money orders from UK customers only. Cheques should be made payable to Lorraine Cooper (please allow extra time for receipt and clearance of cheques prior to despatch)

We aim to deliver your items within the UK within 5 working days and within 14 working days for international buyers. These are our maximum lengths of time, we always endeavour to deliver sooner. Digital downloads are available once payment is confirmed. To download our kits, please go to your order history and the download button will be visible for your order. Ensure that you save the downloads to a file on your computer for safe storage as once the items have sold out or are removed you may no longer be able to download them.

All physical goods are sent via Royal Mail. If you wish to track your order please contact me for additional payment for this option. Unfortunately we We cannot be held reysponsible for orders that go missing after despatch if insurance is not purchased.
International customers are responsible for any custom charges they may incur.
All international orders are sent via Airmail. If any delay is expected on your order an email will be sent advising on the dispatch date.
