Melissa contacted me straight away as there wasn’t quite enough material in the magenta colour I’d ordered for the size of collar I needed. She sent me some alternative options and I opted for “Mulled Wine”, which I’m absolutely in love with! It arrived today, a lot sooner than expected and it’s absolutely beautiful 🤩 it looks so lovely on my Golden Retriever, and the little snowflake charm that was included in the parcel is fab.
