I want a different size to what is mentioned...
...We can change any artwork to most sizes. We know what it's like to set eyes and heart on a frame we've found in the local store only to find it impossible to find artwork to fit it so we're happy to help you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order up until the stage we've printed out your artwork due to the nature of our listings which are personalised. You're welcome to change your mind anytime before this stage but as soon as work starts on the physical printing the order cannot be refunded. Please only contact us via the Etsy website as our email address is unmonitored.
How do I send you the personalisation details?
To send the personalised details of any print you can either a) leave a note on checkout in the "Note To Seller" box b) you can message us directly by clicking the contact button just under our profile image on the shop page c) on any listing page click "ask a question" close to the price box.
Do you offer a framing service?
We do! As our frames in stock change we don't add them to our listings. Please contact us for a list of what we have in stock, prices and sizes.
Do you do prints for international personalisation (ie birth prints)?
We do! Our birth prints especially have stats on there country specific ie Stamp Cost, Number One Song etc. We always convert these based on the baby's country of birth.
How can I contact you?
You can contact us directly through Etsy. Please do not reply to automatically generated sales emails as these are no-reply emails and are not forwarded on to us.
NOTE: International Orders (Outside of the UK)
Please note that if your order is being delivered outside of the the UK that you may incur VAT, Customs duty and courier or postal handling fees in your country. If your order is also subject to a customs check this may delay delivery slightly by up to two weeks. If a non-personalised order is returned for "change of mind" and not for any reason of the sellers fault the original postage fee will be deducted from the final refund total for international orders. In the case of "change of mind" returns for international orders/returns the buyer is responsible for the return postal cost.
What is your breakages policy?
If your order was received damaged in transit we must be notified within 5 days of order arrival. We only offer full replacement on breakages and no refunds. A photo will suffice for evidence of this and you won't need to return the damaged item. A replacement will then be sent out within 24 hours.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for 'personalised' items for 'change of mind' reason or forced returns.
For 'non-personalised' items we accept returns. Orders must be returned in new condition and we should be notified within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to make a return. The buyer must pay for the return cost and a tracked service used or we will not cover loss.
If the address is given incorrect, not picked up from the PO or redelivery arranged and the order returned to us we will deem this a forced return and we will either resend the order back out and recharge the postage or a full refund will be given minus the original postage cost to us.
For 'change of mind' reason the original postage cost will be deducted from refund.
