Returns and exchange details
Please let us know if you are not happy with your purchase - we can offer a full refund or exchange. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is found to be faulty.

Please select your preferred shipping option at check out. If you choose Standard shipping your order will be sent by Royal Mail First Class. If you choose to upgrade to tracked shipping your order will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you choose Standard shipping your order will be sent by standard airmail - this service has no tracking. Please select the tracked shipping option at checkout if you would like your order to be sent by a tracked service.
