Due to the current pandemic shipping may be slightly delayed For the most part however we get UK post sent off within 2 days and international post is despatched 2-3 times a week at our local Post Office.

We have also been made aware that there are still some shipping delays, 3-8 weeks for some international orders (with the US being the worst hit and things staying in the USPS system for some time), and for this reason should your item not arrive within the usual time frame we will only be actioning replacements, etc. after 8 weeks for any orders outside of the UK.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, we hope you can support us in keeping safe.

In most cases turnaround is quick, the item is printed and posted within one working day of purchase. We do post around the world but please be aware of the wait time for this, in most cases 5-7 working days. Larger prints may take a couple more days to produce.

Should your item not arrive please contact us within 14 days of shipment. Our policy is to confirm the order details first to ensure no errors have been made. If there are no issues then we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. If an error has been made by the customer which may have contributed to the status of the item then a replacement can be processed but at additional cost to the buyer. Should the replacement not arrive only then will alternative measures of resolution be considered.

PLEASE NOTE: Regular shipping IS NOT TRACKABLE! If you would like to purchase the additional protection of Signed and Tracked postage, sent via Royal Mail, this option is available within the delivery options..

PLEASE ALSO NOTE: Orders placed over the very busy Christmas period may take much longer to process and dispatch, most items will be sent out before 21st December and after Jan 3rd depending on the weekday. Any orders placed to be shipped OUTSIDE of the UK AFTER the designated last post date (by Royal Mail) will NOT be received before Christmas, therefore we cannot be held accountable for any items that go missing or are delayed in the post during the Christmas Season. If an item does not arrive within a reasonable time period, we will always replace the item. This is our policy, we do not issue refunds for items that are late due to postal problems which are out of our control.

AND ONE MORE THING TO NOTE PLEASE! Occasionally there will be a genuine reason as to why we cannot get your order out to you within a couple of days, this is always out of our control, for example, a technical issue or bad weather, and we will always contact you to let you know that your item will be delayed.

If you would prefer to receive a digitally downloadable file to print your own copy of my artwork yourself it is cheaper and more cost-effective for you, please contact us for prices. This is not always possible so please do check first.
