Refunds will ONLY be given when an item has a manufacturing fault (photographic evidence must be supplied)

I receive proof of postage for EVERY item sent , once your items have been sent and proof of postage has been gained then I am no longer responsible for the item .
On the rare occasion that an item has been lost or damaged I am more than willing to forward a copy of proof of postage so YOU can start a claim with Royal Mail by ordering you accept these terms.

Payments need to be made as soon as possible, cancellations are only accepted in the first couple of hours after ordering as sometimes I am able to ship the same day .
If I have already shipped and item and have proof of postage cancellations can not be accepted

my current shipping time is 1-2 weeks items may be sent sooner however due to other work and family commitments it may be the 14 days
Please be aware these are working days and do not include bank holidays or weekends .
Once and item has been shipped and proof of postage has been sought and the item is out of my hands . I can no longer accept responsibility for the items as I have no control over the postal services . By ordering you accept these terms . Items can be sent tracked at your request however an additional charge will apply . Please be aware that international orders not from the UK can take as little as 5 days but also as long as 6-8 weeks .

I welcome custom requests however payment has to be given upfront as each custom can take hours and hours of work . And i have had instances where people just haven't paid /replied back
