La Harper Project Shop comenzó como Stella Lynn Designs, llamada así por mi hija Stella, que nació 11 meses después de la muerte de Harper. Diseñé impresiones de estadísticas de nacimiento que les di a mis amigos y familiares. Decidí que había visto artículos similares a la venta en Etsy y pensé que lo probaría.
Mi hija Harper murió 2 semanas antes de su fecha de parto. Nació muerta el 10 de julio de 2012. Mi esposo y yo estábamos devastados.
Creé The Harper Project para ayudar a otras familias que están pasando por situaciones similares. Creamos cajas de memoria que se donan a los hospitales que se entregan a las familias que están allí para dar a luz a su(s) bebé(s) muerto(s). Algunos de los artículos en las cajas de memoria están hechos a mano por mí en mi casa. Decidí que enumeraría estos artículos en mi tienda de Etsy y donaría una parte de las ganancias a The Harper Project. Por lo tanto, el nombre de la tienda fue cambiado a The Harper Project Shop.
Mi objetivo es ayudar a estas familias en su hora más oscura y brindarles una pequeña cantidad de consuelo y curación. Quiero que algo bueno salga de la muerte de mi hija.

The Harper Project Shop started as Stella Lynn Designs, named after my daughter Stella who was born 11 months after Harper died. I designed birth statistic prints that I gave to my friends and family. I decided that I had seen similar items for sale on Etsy and thought I would give it a try.
My daughter Harper died 2 weeks before her due date. She was delivered stillborn on July 10th 2012. My husband and I were devastated.
I created The Harper Project to help other families that are going through similar situations. We create Memory Boxes that are donated to hospitals that are given to families who are there to deliver their stillborn baby(ies). Some of the items in the Memory Boxes are hand made by me in my home. I decided that I would list these items in my Etsy shop and donate a portion of the proceeds towards The Harper Project. Therefore the name of the shop was changed to The Harper Project Shop.
My goal is to help these families in their darkest hour and bring a small amount of comfort and healing to them. I want something good to come out of the death of my daughter.
Not all of the items listed in my shop are for babyloss but some of the items are. I hope that other people who have experienced this devastation will find comfort in these items and comfort knowing they are helping The Harper Project; Memory Boxes. I know Etsy is a place that I searched for keepsake items that I could use to honor my daughter.
