Welcome to House of Handmade Shop policies. If you are in any doubt as to the information below please contact me and I will try to clarify any queries.

Returns and exchanges
Lost Packages:
Once the package is shipped I have little control over it, I will track items if possible, however it is in the hands of the postal service. Out of courtesy I will give a refund or exchange on the condition that you contact me with a message within 30 days from the shipment of the package. I can resend your package if there is another item available, otherwise you will be refunded the cost of the item (shipping is non refundable).

If you do not contact me within the 30 days of shipping, I will not be responsible for refund, exchanging or resending the item.

Replacement of item is one time only, if available. I will not replace, refund or resend items if they are lost for a second time.

Broken items:
We check items thoroughly before we ship them to you, in the event of damage, we apologise if this happens to you and can resend an item if available in the first instance, otherwise we will refund, but only on condition that the customer contacts us within 30 days as stated above.
Payment
Please pay with in 5 days of purchasing an item or email me to let me know any special circumstances that warrant paying later....if you do not email me and have not paid, the item will be relisted. The sooner the item is paid for, the sooner we can ship it.
Shipping
For UK items, please allow at least 5-7 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Worldwide shipment will take longer. If, after 3 weeks, you have not received your item please contact me.
