If you like the scent of roses you will love this. It looks like little cat treat pillows rather than your regular incense. If burning on the gauze burner from this shop, you will need to put into a used tea light holder, or make a tinfoil cup, as it liquefies a bit. I used 12 pillows, in a single layer rather than a heap, and they lasted for the whole tealight and scented a larger than average sitting room very effectively. They arrived with some other bits and bobs I ordered in a letterbox-friendly box, no plastic, very fast via Royal Mail. Frankly, I’m not much of a rose person most days, and I bought just to try it out, but I’m happy with this purchase for those occasions when only a rose will do!

I got one of these free with an earlier order. I wouldn’t have thought to purchase otherwise. I don’t have a special thing to burn – I used a glass cider flagon filled with some gravel from my drive and shoved in a bit of bent garden wire. There are fat ones, thin ones, some tipped with blue or red. But no idea of the flavours I was burning - the ones I’ve used smell very nice! They burn for up to 30 minutes, depending on the size. There is ash, and smoke – lots! But I used mine outside on a very still warm evening, and they made a very pleasant fug in which to sit whilst having a bit of a think.
