Hello shoppers!
I've always loved illustration & am in awe of the amazing designs & patterns that appear all around us in nature.
I thought it was time to see if I could make it as a designer, and BOOM, The Knitted Pea was born!
I start by producing stylised hand-drawings of flora & fauna elements, compose them digitally & add a splash of colour to produce my designs. I then find environmentally friendly manufacturers (local, where possible) to transform my designs into lovely products.
* I avoid use of excess packaging,
* use 100% compostable corn starch 'cellophane' for wrapping cards & prints,
* use recycled/biodegradable outer packaging,
* use 100% recycled card & paper,
* my office runs on clean, renewable wind energy!
