Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in any way I can.

UK DELIVERY - Items will be posted via Royal Mail and should usually be expected between 2-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Cards and frames will be sent via standard airmail. Your order should arrive in approximately 10 working days. However you should allow 28 days for delivery on all international orders in case of postal delays not within our control. If you have not received your item after 28 days please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.


Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.

CARDS AND GIFTS
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 14 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem. If you are requesting a refund then please contact me with the full details of your purchase and as much information as possible. Please note that postage costs are not included in refunds.

DIGITAL (INSTANTDOWNLOADS) Due to the digital nature of ITEMS, there are NO REFUNDS on items delivered electronically.

How to Unzip a file

Windows 7 onwards
Double click the .zip file. The contents of the archive will be displayed and can be, selectively or in entirety, copied to a desired location. Alternately, you can also right click on the zip file and click "Extract All..." to unzip to a desired location.

On Mac, to unzip (expand), double-click the .zip file. The contents of the archive will be extracted in the same folder as the .zip file.

Please note that colours may vary from your computer monitor to actual printed items. Final print quality will depend on the type of printer and card/paper used.

-Use the resources to create unlimited personal (non-profit) projects

-Use the resources to create End Physical Products for sale (up to 500 units) however credit must always be given to The Little Craftspace Company when using the images in your shop and/or website. This must be legible and apparent. Giving credit in a caption “Images by The Little Craftspace Company” or clearly in the product description are both great ways to give credit.

-Create end physical products using elements/designs provided without the need to change or create a new design

YOU MAY NOT

x Use the resources to create unlimited end products for sale
x Use the resources to create any digital end products for sale
x Use our graphics for the creation of digital cutting files to sell commercially
x Redistribute, sub-license, share or supply source files to a third party
X Claim any images/graphics as your own.
X Offer these images on any web site as downloads
X Use images (in part or in whole) on print/manufacture-on-demand websites
(Such as Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc.) unless the resulting item will be solely for personal use.
