Somos un pequeño estudio familiar construido sobre dos cosas: la creatividad práctica y el amor por los objetos que dan forma a nuestra vida cotidiana.
Uno de nosotros siempre ha tenido una obsesión silenciosa con las cajas: cajas dentro de otras cajas, organizadores, contenedores con estilo... todos esos pequeños "hogares" para las cosas que usamos. Pero en algún momento nos dimos cuenta de algo sorprendente: la caja perfecta que necesitábamos simplemente no existía. Ni en el tamaño, ni en el estilo, ni como la imaginábamos.
Entonces nos planteamos una pregunta sencilla: ¿Qué pasaría si lo creáramos?
Ese solo pensamiento nos adentró en el mundo de la impresión 3D. Compramos nuestra primera impresora, bosquejamos nuestros primeros conceptos, imprimimos prototipos, los rediseñamos y los volvimos a imprimir. Y en algún momento del proceso, algo encajó.
La caja ya no estaba vacía: tenía un propósito, una historia y una vida.
Así nació nuestro nombre: La Caja No Vacía.
Para nosotros, es más que un título bonito: es nuestra filosofía. Todo lo que creamos debe sentirse como una caja llena de algo significativo: función, alegría, belleza, utilidad o simplemente una pequeña chispa que alegra una habitación.
A medida que seguíamos creando, apareció otra pregunta: ¿Cómo cambian los objetos el espacio que nos rodea?
Eso nos llevó a diseñar nuestras propias lámparas: no solo fuentes de luz, sino piezas que crean ambiente. El tipo de lámparas que no solo iluminan una habitación, sino que la llenan con sutileza, aportando calidez, profundidad y una suave luz ambiental que llena de vida el espacio.
Hoy seguimos creciendo como estudio familiar, combinando el diseño práctico con la magia serena de las cosas que hacen la vida un poco más fácil y hermosa. Cada artículo que imprimimos transmite esa intención: desde organizadores hasta lámparas y todas las piezas inesperadas que hay entre medias.

We’re a small family studio built on two things: practical creativity and a love for the objects that shape our everyday lives.
One of us has always had a quiet obsession with boxes — boxes inside other boxes, organizers, stylish containers… all those little “homes” for the things we use. But at some point we realized something surprising: the perfect box we needed simply didn’t exist. Not in the size, not in the style, not in the way we imagined it.
So we asked ourselves a simple question: What if we created it?
That single thought pulled us into the world of 3D printing. We bought our first printer, sketched our first concepts, printed prototypes, redesigned them, and printed again. And somewhere in that process, something clicked.
The box was no longer empty — it had a purpose, a story, and a life.
That’s how our name was born: The Not Empty Box.
For us, it’s more than a cute title — it’s our philosophy. Everything we make should feel like a box filled with something meaningful: function, joy, beauty, usefulness, or simply a small spark that makes a room feel better.
As we kept creating, another question appeared: How do objects change the space around us?
That led us to design our own lamps — not just light sources, but pieces that shape atmosphere. The kind of lamps that don’t just brighten a room, but gently fill it… bringing warmth, depth, and a soft ambient glow that makes a space feel alive.
Today we continue to grow as a family studio, combining practical design with the quiet magic of things that make life a little easier and a little more beautiful. Every item we print carries that intention — from organizers to lamps to all the unexpected pieces in between.
