I accept Paypal and credit cards via the Etsy check out.

Items will be shipped within three days of cleared payment.

Payment plans

I am happy to arrange payment for work in two or three instalments over a period of no more than three months from the date of the beginning of the payment plan.

If you would like to arrange to pay in instalments, please contact me through Etsy as soon as you have decided to purchase the doll. I will deactivate the listing, re-list it with a down payment and then arrange follow on payments that suit.

Work will be shipped within three days of the final payment being received.

If the work is not paid for within the agreed time, it will be re-listed in my Etsy shop and the agreement will be void. All payments are non refundable.

If there is a change in your circumstances or if there is a necessary delay to making payments, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate the situation. However, please keep in mind that a payment plan is an arrangement made in good faith between both of us and as such it can only work with respect, honesty and good communication.


Copies, design use

On purchasing a piece of work, you have bought the item - not the right to reproduce the item, claim it as your own work, or copy the pattern or design.


Custom orders

I do not make copies of existing work, each piece is unique and will not be repeated. However, I will sometimes consider custom orders for certain types of pieces.
