Amy offers a truly bespoke service. She crafted these beautiful Totoro figures, which will make a wonderful Christmas gift. She is absolutely lovely and her communication was amazing throughout. Her handwritten note and small gift for the kids added such a personal touch.

Amy packaged the gift with such care and although one of the glass cloche jars broke in transit through no fault in the packaging, she immediately offered to pay for a replacement.

My husband is going to love this. Can't wait to give it to him. It did get a little damaged in shipping as it came off the wooden base and Haku's tail was broken off, but it's nothing a little e6000 couldn't fix, so no big deal. n.n

It has a simple, and elegant design. The material is nice and sturdy. It looks quite good, and will fit most rings. I was really happy to use it for my proposal, and my fiancé loves it!
