Delivery
Shipping is via Royal Mail second class delivery. If you need faster delivery, please message me prior to ordering.
International customers are responsible for any of their countries customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees. Items can take up 14 working days with standard delivery but can take up to 21 working days as they can be sometimes held up in customs. If you aren't sure about anything, Message me and I will be happy to help. Refunds will be processed once i have been compensated by the postal company, usually after 30 working days.
If your order is returned due to an address being incorrect or incomplete, i will be unable to offer to repost for free (for UK free shipped items) or refund it without a charge. Please make sure you check your address before ordering.
If your order hasn't arrived in the time frame given above then please get in touch; I will do my best to sort it out for you.
