The Rustic Merchant tiene su sede en la zona rural de Somerset y ofrece una amplia gama de herrajes tradicionales forjados a mano, desde ganchos hasta bisagras para renovaciones de edificios o proyectos que necesiten elementos de época.
Hemos dedicado muchos años a desarrollar nuestra gama de productos y hemos invertido mucho tiempo en la búsqueda de herreros artesanos que comprendan las técnicas tradicionales de herrería y tengan las habilidades para reproducirlas.
Todos nuestros productos de hierro forjado se elaboran a mano, lo que significa que se fabrican en el yunque de la manera tradicional y mostrarán signos propios del forjado manual.
Nuestros productos de hierro fundido también se fabrican en pequeñas fundiciones y se elaboran a mano. Una vez fundidos, se les da un acabado artesanal, lo que hace que cada pieza sea única.
Nuestra tienda online ofrece percheros, bisagras, tiradores, tornillos, pestillos y muchos otros artículos con un aspecto y tacto auténticos. No los encontrará en tiendas de bricolaje.

The Rustic Merchant is based in rural Somerset and offers a wide range of hand forged and traditional Ironmongery, from hooks to hinges for building renovations or projects in need of period features.
We have spent many years building our range of products and invested a lot of time sourcing artisan blacksmiths who are understanding of traditional hardware and have the skills to reproduce it.
All our wrought iron products are produced by hand, meaning they are made on the anvil in the traditional way and will show signs of hand forging.
Our cast iron products are also produced in small foundries and are hand cast. Once cast they are hand finished, again making each item unique.
Our online shop stocks coat hooks, hinges, handles, bolts, latches and many more items that look original and feel authentic. These will not be found in DIY stores.
